In the Summer of '82, my original partner, Mike Grantham, and I started signing up and recording artists that had come our way, via Mike Campbell.

Campbell was instrumental in pairing the fledgling ITI Records with Tom Garvin, our very first artist, Ruth Price, and John Heard.

Mike Grantham and I were both working at Mobile Fidelity at that time, but as the New Year approached, Mike decided to stay at MFSL while we agreed to separate our partnership and I went out on my own and left Mobile Fidelity.

Many of our first recordings were completed at Peter Woodford's home studio in Granada Hills, CA.  Woodford, who had been the guitarist with the Tonight Show Band, and also recorded with Peggy Lee, Tom Ranier, Lalo Schifrin, Herb Albert, and too many more to mention from the jazz and pop genres.  Woodford also taught at Cal Lutheran for nearly a decade and played professionally from 1969 until his death in June 2014.

All four of these prime members have passed away, and so it is time to release their recording of these tracks.

This album, given to us by Mike Campbell, has been hidden away since then, and only now is it being released in 2026.

We believe the drummer on these tracks is none other than the great drummer, Peter Donald, hence he is listed along with Mike Campbell, who sings on the last three tracks.  (There was no documentation provided to ITI before Mike's passing).
